Enjoy the experience of creating pasta from scratch in your home, at a venue or in the park. The pastabilities are endless!
I'll bring EVERYTHING for a pasta class. Gadgets, rolling pins, cutters, specialty boards, aprons and ingredients. Each class is a fun, 2-hour adventure crafted just for you. Just let me know when where, how many pasta pals, any allergies, and which pasta skill you're craving to master.

Hi, I'm Holly and I have an obsession. I've always loved pasta! I love making pasta! I believe pasta to be both beautiful and fun. I also believe that life is about shared experiences. I started this pasta business in 2022 because I wanted to live a life with time. Time to enjoy, to be creative with cooking and most of all to have time with my family.
Where can we create pasta? Anywhere actually! It is a pop-up pasta class, I bring everything needed. Where would you like to be? In your house, apartment, the park, an event venue. Tulsa also has many options for rentable spaces. I prefer to have a sink available as flour and water can get sticky. Each person will need about a foot of flat counter or table space.
When would you like to have a pasta class? Each class is about 2 hours long. I need about 30 mins to set up. The first hour is all about the dough. The second hour is the creative portion. I'll need about 30 mins to clean and pack up. That's a total of 3 hours in a space. What day? I'll make pasta everyday if I can. Sundays are always good. Together we will check out the calendar and pick a day that woks best.
Life IS all about a shared experience. I do NOT have a minimum number of people I would teach the art of pasta making to. The most I've taught at a time is 20 people. I will bring in an assistant if there is more than 14 people.
Allergies are ok. Everyone has something or a particular preference. I can easily avoid an ingredient. Vegan? No problem. Celiac? I've your back. I developed a gluten free flour. I am actually pretty proud of it. You guys can still enjoy the traditional pasta flavor and feeling just like everyone else.
I must note; I cannot guarantee 100% gluten free when we're creating pasta alongside others creating pasta using traditional flour in the same space.
There are more than 600 different pasta shapes in the world. Each has a unique technique, style, makeup, color, and tradition. Have you made pasta before? Is there something you've wanted to learn? How intricate would you like be? Want to level up your kitchen staff? I have set classes by level from beginner to advanced.
I create colored pasta using vegetables, spices and natural powders
Tulsa has everything to create remarkable pastas. Fresh farm eggs and a variety of seasonal vegetables.
